Introvert

Are you an introvert?

Introversion is a personality trait characterized by a focus on internal feelings rather than on external sources of stimulation. Introverts and extroverts are often viewed in terms of two extreme opposites, but the truth is that most people lie somewhere in the middle.


  • As an introvert, your idea of a good time is a quiet afternoon to yourself to enjoy your hobbies and interests.
  • When introverts have to spend time in activities or environments that are very hectic, they can end up feeling unfocused and overwhelmed. Extroverts, on the other hand, tend to thrive in situations where there is a lot of activity and few chances of becoming bored.
  • introverts tend to be inward-turning, they also spend a great deal of time examining their own internal experiences. If you feel like you have a very good knowledge and insight into yourself, your motivations, and your feelings, you might be more of an introvert.
  • Introverts like to watch others perform a task, often repeatedly, until they feel that they can replicate the actions on their own. When introverts do learn from personal experience, they prefer to practice somewhere private where they can build their skills and abilities without having to perform for an audience.
  • jobs that require a great deal of social interaction usually hold little appeal to people high in introversion. On the other hand, careers that involve working independently are often a great choice for introverts.

      Introversion vs. Shyness 

  • It is important to note that introversion does not necessarily equate with shyness. In their book, The Development of Shyness and Social Withdrawal, authors Schmidt and Buss write, "Sociability refers to the motive, strong or weak, of wanting to be with others, whereas shyness refers to behavior when with others, inhibited or uninhibited, as well as feelings of tension and discomfort."

Family

Be affectionate with your family😍

Family is one more important aspect in everyone life.
Everyone wish to be with family and spend some good and valued time with family. But due to the work or some other aspect people are staying separately from family these days.
Family doesn't only include parents or siblings or relatives. Nothing but the friends which we have from from childhood, college friends.

Make time for your family: 


Why family need our attention or why we need a family because if we don't have one for us our life seems incomplete. Isn't it?

The affection we get from family cant be replaced by other. Parents do scold us when we committed mistakes and they correct us. Its a common aspect. In fact our first teacher will be our family. it teaches how to behave with others, how to eat, how to study, what to do in life etc..
We learn things from family which makes us successful in our fields.
If we are facing any problems when no one is supporting then our supporters will be our family.
How much bad we can be but our family always helping us to get rid off  problems and always be our support system.
They wont ask anything from us except our love and the concern. just make time for them show your concern about them which makes them so happy.

Depression

Depression!
Isn't it a common aspect included in ones life these days?

According to me depression is just a common aspect which is including in ones life particularly these days. It is due to work stress, family disputes or any other personal issues. Being in depression is nothing but losing hope on yourself to perform things which you really want to do. It became so common among youngsters specially.

Ways to overcome:

  • A depressed mind tends to mull over all that is wrong and worries unnecessarily about all the negative possibilities that may emerge in the future. This negative thought cycle reinforces misery and is not helpful in managing to overcome depression.
  • I have always thought of music as food for the soul. An upbeat tune can change an atmosphere instantly and create a more positive vibe. Listening to upbeat, happy music alters brain chemistry and can improve your mood.
  • Monitor your inner negative talk and make allowances for this type of thinking by reminding yourself that your thinking is that of a depressed person, not a healthy functioning person. 
  • Play with a pet or go for a walk. Read a book if you are able to concentrate or finish a puzzle. Do anything that takes your mind off your fears and worries. Keeping busy is an effective way to overcome depression.
  • Force yourself to go out. Isolating oneself from others may seem a good idea but put a limit on it and then get out there again. 
  • Sleep and mood are closely connected. Inadequate sleep can cause irritability and stress, while healthy sleep can enhance well-being. 
    All these ways can help you to get out from your depression zone.

Smile

Be comfortable to smile😊
I consider smiling is one of the most important aspect in life which reflects our beauty and positive vibes to others. Everyone wants to smile and be happy in their respective lives with so much of positivity around them.

Aren't you one of the person to smile on daily basis?

When you smile to a stranger also it creates a lot of positive vibes and make you feel comfortable to yourself and to the stranger. When you develop the habit of smiling you can lead your life will be calm and able to experience lucrative growth in respective aspects.
When i take a word-smile i usually remember the innocence of babies when they smile to everyone without having any idea who is with me and to whom i am smiling. Try to incorporate this habit in you to make your life easier and relaxing.
Smiling is a part of activities of our daily routine, it should be done on daily basis which makes your mind fresh and relaxing to take up any kind of situation comes in your life.
Through this habit you can able to be with people in any kind of stressed out situation.
I consider smiling is the connection between two strangers and its a beautiful thing to do everyday.
Smiling will reduce the stress and relieve you from the negative vibes surround you.
Smile can make your soul more elegant😊

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. This brochure is meant to help you understand and control anger.
People who are easily angered generally have what some psychologists call a low tolerance for frustration, meaning simply that they feel that they should not have to be subjected to frustration, inconvenience, or annoyance. They can't take things in stride, and they're particularly infuriated if the situation seems somehow unjust: for example, being corrected for a minor mistake.
What makes these people this way? A number of things. One cause may be genetic or physiological.There is evidence that some children are born irritable, touchy, and easily angered, and that these signs are present from a very early age. Another may be socio-cultural. Anger is often regarded as negative; we're taught that it's all right to express anxietydepression, or other emotions but not to express anger. As a result, we don't learn how to handle it or channel it constructively. Typically, people who are easily angered come from families that are disruptive, chaotic, and not skilled at emotional communications.
To control anger do meditation on regular basis and try to calm down your self for aggressive situations. When you get anger try to count 10 numbers to calm down yourself.

Sorrow

Continuation of last post!

That person came to us and started speaking in English, seriously we both were in confusion that how one can speak such a good English and still begging for the food😕

How it is possible and why ??

After having food he came to us and asked "Are you studying nearby?".We replied yes uncle we are studying in nearby school and waiting for the school bus😊.Then he said with teary eyes "God Bless You" both of you and i am so much thankful for the food you have provided for me which wasn't done by my own people.
We felt sad that one elder was crying in-front us. So we asked him what happened, why you crying?
For those questions he replied😢

"I lost hope on people, everyone who i thought they are mine and be with me till my end they have deceived me for the property. I am having children-two boys. My wife died at my children schooling.I struggled a lot to make money by working day and night just to make my children happy by providing whatever they want. I pampered and loved them💖so much. I was one of the good business man with pretty high income in my area. I trusted them like no one did. In the agreement of my property distribution i have noted as 50% will be given to my sons and rest will be given to charity. For this condition my children were disagreed and upset with me, they have decided to abolish me. They have planned to murder me along with the help of my relatives just for the property😭
They forgotten all my sacrifices and love which i have made for them. After knowing this i was broken and left the home and passing the days to reach my death.💔"-He said it by crying.

After listening to his words we both became so emotional and offered him to be at our place. He smiled and said its been nearly 7 months iam just walking from my place and i will walk till i reach my death!!😞. Then he left the place by talking to himself. 
As i remembered he told his name as "Akash Mehta" from Madhya Pradesh.
This was one of the incident in my life made me sad for the poor father who showered his love on children and got hatred in back by them.

Isn't it important to be affectionate with family??

Happiness

Happiness..!!
Is there any specific definition for happiness?
Well, according to me there is no specific definition for happiness but yes we can express it in various actions which we do on daily basis.
Let me explain with the help of few examples taken from our lives.
If we give a chocolate to a two year old kid, the kid feels so happy for the chocolate as kids do like them a lot.when the children get good marks and if they achieve something in their life by making their parents proud- then we can experience the happiness of parents while seeing their child.If we spend some good time with the friends it is to be considered as happiness and etc..

How many of you will say "NO" to be happy in their lives?? 
No one right! everyone wants to be happy in their perspective life.
For me happiness is nothing but being myself,loving myself,spending quality time with family(friends), having a good food, listening to music and most important having a sound sleep and many more..even a smile of a baby makes me happy.


Let me share an incident happen in my life:
                          when i was in my high school, along with my friend we used to stand at bus stop for school bus.One day me and my friend we were busy in our talks,bus arrived so late as its tire was punctured.Meanwhile, a person came to us and started staring at us.First we ignored him but later on we asked him what he want,then he replied like "I am hungry, can you give me something to eat" in English language.After listening to him we gave 30 rupees and told him to have something from the hotel which was beside to us.He went there, took something and started eating. we wondered because that person spoke with such a good English and started observing him,he was looking like a beggar.After eating that person came to us said" Thank You!" and "God Bless You!".Then he asked us where and what we were studying,we replied him. Then Started a long conversation between us..
Guess what happened next?

Emotion

What is an emotion?

         Emotion is a strong feeling which is the part of every individual life. It can be love, happiness, fear,anger, hatred etc.. which can be caused by any particular situation faced by the individual on daily basis.

Do you know which was your first emotion?
        
         When the foetus is in the womb, ear formation begins in second month of pregnancy. By eighteenth week of pregnancy foetus can be able to hear sounds and later on the capacity of hearing will be improving as time passes.
                            

                          When the dear Mom has a conversation with a baby with enthusiasm, the little one in the womb who is spending time in the darkness will be able to recognize the voice and giving kicks to Mom which would be consider as first emotion. After completion of gestation period, the baby will expose to light for the first time and not able to adjust in the new world for the starting few minutes and starts cry. At the same time, the Mom who experiences happy tears by seeing her cutiepie after her (MOM) rebirth.
Isn't a beautiful emotion?
Mom is the first ever most emotion to every individual in the universe.
